Frequently Asked

How many kids can we have at the party?

Minimum group size is typically 8 guests. Maximum depends on the location, most venues can comfortably host 20–30 for a birthday party. Let us know your headcount and we'll confirm what's possible.

Can we bring cake, food, or party extras?

It varies by location. Some venues have seating areas for cake and snacks, others are mission-only. When you request a quote, we'll walk you through what your specific location offers, including any food, drink, or add-on packages available there.

What ages does this work for?

Time Mission is perfect for ages 6 to 106. Kids 6–13 need an adult in the group. Ages 14+ can play on their own. Adult birthdays and milestone events are a big part of what we do too.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to four weeks is the sweet spot for weekend parties, weekend slots fill fastest. Weekdays are usually available with a week's notice.

Is food available at the venue?

Food and drink offerings vary by location. Some venues have full concessions, others are BYO-friendly. We'll confirm what's available at your selected location when you book.

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

A small deposit holds your date. Full details, including reschedule windows, are included in the booking confirmation we send once you request a quote.
